What data we process
This website has no forms that store data. The group classes form only prepares a WhatsApp message or email on your device. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or book through Calendly, we will process your name, contact details and the information you give us in order to reply to you and organise the classes.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is the consent you give when you contact us and, if you sign up for classes, the performance of that service. We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and for the periods required by law.
Third parties
When you use WhatsApp, Calendly, Zoom, Lichess or PayPal, their own privacy policies also apply. We do not sell or pass on your data.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
Language
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
